There should be plenty of tutorials on youtube, you just need to search "how to install custom content in sims4 "

1. Extract if it’s a ZIP file!!!
2. Put the custom content in the Mods folder located in Documents » Electronic Arts » The Sims 4.
3. Depending on your computer increase the graphics, cc looks better with good graphics(OPTIONAL)
